Our beliefs have been shaped by our own experiences we engage with those whose beliefs align with our own. As your coach, we recognise our issue isn't what we know, it's what we ask!
Our coaching approach centres on two key areas - -asking forward-facing questions -giving candid feedback
As coaches, we don't give answers - we provide space for you, the coachee, to find your path.
Often, our ignorance is an asset to forming forward-facing questions. We often coach in industries where we have zero experience - that makes it easy to ask questions.
We deliver our beliefs through being constantly curious and challenging the "status quo" - always seeking further clarity around understanding and asking questions of individuals and their organisations that "stretch" their thinking. Often the best questions we ask are met with....silence. But then, we sense the coachee is questioning their assumptions, and thinking differently.
We do this through our mix of - - one to one coaching - peer to peer mentoring - organisational consultancy - personality profiling
